HyoDo Evidence Graph Prototype

Demo fixture. This is in-memory demo data, not a live run — nothing here is uploaded, stored, or fetched from a network. The canonical public input is hyodo.verification-view/v0, the same read-only projection served by the local dashboard. You can opt in to render that JSON in this browser only. A raw hyodo.evidence-graph/v1 file remains a compatibility input and cannot supply presentable decisions or lens coverage. See the docs for the exact boundary.

Rows are producer-declared participant lanes, columns preserve producer-recorded when.ts values from left to right, and step index is event detail. Missing timestamps stay TIME UNOBSERVED. ALLOW, ASK, DENY, and UNOBSERVED are policy-evaluation outputs, not execution permissions. Solid elbow = parent_event_id ("result of"). Dashed curve = evidence_refs ("decided from"). Red stub = broken link.
